In India, the legal status of junkies in a relationship is unclear in India. In its ruling on couples who live together for a very long time, the Supreme Court ruled in the case of a couple who lived together for a long time – according to a report in The Indian Express – that it assumes that they are legally married until the opposite is proven.

Couples who are in a relationship that is alien to the Indian legislature, they do not have the same legal status as couples who live together without a marriage that is involved in the relationship. Even if the Supreme Court allows it, the Indian Act of Life does not have such a clear law that could define it. There is no type of legislation that could explain the legal status of a child born to such couples, and there was and is no definition. So why is there such a lack of legal protection for women who enter into a live relationship in India? There is no specific law for living relationships in India, but there is a lot of confusion about why this is and why not.

This is the first case in which the Indian Supreme Court has recognized and interpreted a live-in relationship as a valid marriage. It was Badri Prasad V, and it was the rights that protect people who are living on live-in relationships, such as the right to life, freedom and property.

The Court ruled that a live-in relationship, if it persists for a long time, cannot be described as a relationship between the parties and that there is no presumption of marriage between the parties. Indian justice does not consider a living relationship a crime, but India\’s Supreme Court has recognized it as a legal relationship. The legal status of a relationship is legal and is not considered a forbidden relationship in the same way as marriage or any other form of civil marriage. Indian courts have granted rights to partners who have lived together several times, although the law does not grant maintenance in a living relationship. In the past, courts in India have granted life the same legal status – in relationships as marriage and civil marriage.

The Supreme Court of India ruled that marital age is not a prerequisite for living together as two adults and that living together in relationships is a criminal offence. It later stated that a live-in relationship is a “right to life” and could not be considered illegal.

In India, Indian society, in order to take on a vibrant relationship, will always treat the culprits as the next generation. There is a tendency to avoid live-in relationships in India in order to protect the image and structure of marriage and family, and this has encouraged the practice of living together as two adults in a relationship outside the traditional family structure.
