    India once again faces a tragically painful problem. Justice for the defiled is a very long and mostly difficult task. The results are often spoiled by systemic drawbacks. Dr. Moumita’s story is an example of this; a young doctor who had her life cruelly taken away.Legal reforms in India became a law with the Nirbhaya ratio in 2013, and the maze of corruption in the country is still too deep, affording them great obstacles in law enforcement and justice, which is how they gravely failed the justice process.
